What a Wiidiot

I read today that Nintendo has released a press statement reminding gamers to use their Wii controllers safety strap and also to keep their palms dry. Apparently there have been recent cases of people breaking their TV's by accidentally launching their Wiimotes at it during intense bowling and tennis competitions. Hell, there are even reports of friend-on-friend Wii-violence.

I thought I would offer these little PSA tidbits free of charge to Nintendo.

Public Safety Announcements:
01: Friends don't let friends Wii drunk.
02: A Wii-wound neglected is a Wii-wound infected.
03: Wii need you! Play safely.
04: W.i.i - Why initiate idiocy.
05: Strap on, Wii are the safety generation.

In other Wii news: Bob Ross!

I'm Just Sayin'

LOL, ROFL and Haha.

Personally "haha" is my favorite. I mean when someone types "LOL" did they really laugh out loud? If so, were they at work? Did anyone notice? I'm thinking that if the person is a friend and you know they work during the hours when you happen to be chatting with them and they type "LOL" there is a good chance they're lying, haha.

See, I like "Haha" cuz it's truthful. For example, take the paragraph above. I really did think "haha" because I though the comment was funny. I didn't "LOL" cuz it wasn't that funny plus I'm at work where others would think I was strange for laughing out loud. Not to mention, if I did "LOL" then I would be exposing the fact that I wasn't really working...if you know what I mean.

Now ROFL is all together wrong, I mean REALLY? Do you really want me to believe that you're rolling on the floor, laughing? Then how are you typing? And frankly, I'm 38 and I've never witnessed a person rolling on the floor while laughing.

I'm just sayin'
