GAGE Sampler

A sampler and a composer in one.

Load instruments, choose a key and scale, and press one button. GAGE plays its own parts, following rules you set.

Multi-sampling engine. Key- and velocity-mapped zones, ADSR, filter and per-part effects.
Generative Engine. Parts pick their own notes from Scale, Next-Note, Harmony and Rhythm rules, with chord mode, runs and look-ahead.
Arrangement. Decide when each part enters, how long it plays and how long it rests.
MIDI-import parts. Play back a fixed part alongside generative ones.
Drum part. A step-sequenced grid, with Euclidean rhythms, ratchets, swing and per-drum volume.
Templates. Save a whole “song” and reload it, with Reverb, Delay and Chorus.
Skins. Change how GAGE looks; make and share your own.
Undo and redo, a built-in metronome and performance recording.

GAGE Player runs the same generative engine on iPhone. Pick a template, choose a key and scale, and let it play.
